The 5th Annual Faith Alliance “Feed our Neighbors in Need” Food Drive surpassed their goal of 25,000 pounds and collected more than 26,300 pounds of food to feed our hungry neighbors.
17 local congregations in the Lakota area participated during one weekend in March.
We donated to 11 different food pantries in Butler, Warren and Hamilton Counties. The estimated impact of this collaborative event is estimated to have provided enough to feed 630 people over 6 weeks an estimated 52,920 meals.
Over 5 years, this effort has collected nearly 126,000 pounds of food for those in need. Faith Alliance thanks God for their inspiration, and the many volunteers and donors, including Kroger who made this event such a success.

YOU CAN USE KROGER PAPER BAGS OR OTHER BAGS OF YOUR CHOICE AND LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE OUR DOORS- COLLECTING UP TO MARCH 5, 2017.
Volunteers bring non-perishable food to several drop off points including,
collecting at Compass Christian Church 6771 Tylersville Road Mason OH 45040.
The 4th Annual “Feed our Neighbors in Need” Food Drive in March 2016 resulted in more than 27,700 pounds of food & personal hygiene products that were donated to 12 area food pantries in Butler, Warren and Hamilton Counties.
With the help of 17 local congregations, we outdid last year’s total collected by more than 2,400 pounds!
The estimated impact of this collaborative community event is estimated as providing enough food to feed 166 families of 4, or 664 people, 2 meals per day for 6 weeks or an estimated 55,776 meals.
